Attention Parents!

The way you use your body

Changes your body

 

We often will take

The path of least resistance

What can this tell us?

Sitting on the floor

Not necessarily great

Check the pelvic tilt

 

 

There is a great post at KatySays.com that illustrates the sitting and explains why it’s a problem AND gives great solutions. If you know that your child (or you?) sits with legs in a “W” or “M,” please click on over and read. It’s a small change that can have big results!
