What can this tell us?

Sitting on the floor

Not necessarily great

Check the pelvic tilt



There is a great post at that illustrates the sitting and explains why it’s a problem AND gives great solutions. If you know that your child (or you?) sits with legs in a “W” or “M,” please click on over and read. It’s a small change that can have big results!
